Today I told Dongwoon he's my favourite and Kikwang waved at my friend and I :O

Today I walked around the mall, ALOT, but of course it doesn't really count as exercise unless I walked for more than 20minutes at each time which I doubt. Well I walked alot, and stood up alot. I also jogged/walked for 45 minutes at 7am in the morning :O Tiring but refreshing!

Day 8 Foodlog

Brunch: sinigang na bangus and a cup of rice :D
afternoon whatevs: vanilla and carrot muffin, tall lemon greentea freeze; a bottle of coke zero
evening whatevs: tall cerealy goodness drink from Big Chill

So I just weighed myself before going to bed and I already lost 2 pounds although that's probably just water weight. I'll celebrate when I lose a kilo more. Although after that it's only 2kg more to my ideal weight.... which means more work and more discipline. Aaaah, this is going to be hard. I won't be surprised if I only get to lose a kilo in a span of 4 months. I really won't be surprised. SIGH....

Spam Slave

For some reason I felt hungry the whole day today. Is it because I had coffee today? Hmmmmm. Oddly feels like it.

I have a rough idea of how much calories I consume per day although I guess I'll start calculating today just because I'm curious. I'm still more bent on losing weight through exercise (like I did last time) rather than being too conscious of my food. But I suppose that if I really want to get rid of the stubborn fat fast I have to do some sort of food control. ALTHOUGH all the sweets I've been consuming isn't helping.

Today's exercise consists of Billy's Taebo cardio again which I'm very happy about. Jeong accuses me of being unfit, although I admit to being in a rather unfit state at the moment, I swear that thing will tire out anybody if you keep on kicking high and doing everything at high speed the whole time! But it's fun so I recommend it to everybody :D

Meanwhile I still dream of taking the easy way out and saving up all my non-existent money for mesotherapy or some non-invasive surgery. I know, I know, natural way to weight loss is still the best but it's hard. Oh well no pain no gain.

Day 6 Foodlog

Breakfast: Kitsune udon (did not drink the soup so yay) less than the supposed 413 cal
Lunch part 1: skyflakes and a bottle of Minute Maid orange mango drink (approx 140 cal)
Lunch part 2: Iced Americano and belgian waffle topped with humongous whipped cream (Idon'tevenwannathinkaboutit cal)
Dinner part 1: Thai beef salad wrap from Starbucks WHICH WAS REALLY YUMMY if you have no problem with garlic, basil, and cucumbers. (Probably at 400-500 calories idk)
Dinner part 2: A glass of milk and small piece of multigrain bread (64 cal for the milk + bread = 120cal)

At most I probably consumed around 1500 cal again. Normally this would make me panic but I've learned to let go of my omg-it's-more-than-1000-calories phobia. By the way, spam to me equals to 0 calories, just so I can eat as much as I want in a day. I don't even care about how it's processed meat, and how it has a lot of sodium. That's how much I love it. Besides I did read a medical article saying how it doesn't have alot of preservatives and is actually pretty healthy. (Except for the high sodium content I guess.)

Day 3 was forgotten. Howww

So to prove that I am indeed eating, I have taken a photo of my Kimchi Ramyun with Spam. NOMNOMNOM. I am now going to be dancing until my legs break! Here's a photo of the goodness.

I had that for dinner today. Let me just say I didn't even bother eating the crackers beside it because ramyun itself is heavy. But I enjoyed it with the chunks of spam mixed into it. :)

Day 3 was forgotten. HOW COULD I?

But I remember fully what I ate.

Breakfast: Wheat pandesal, Hungarian sausage slices, scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes.

Lunch: Grilled pesto with tomato sandwich, fries, and a glass of Coke.

Dinner: Mcdonald's Cheeseburger, with regular fries and a glass of royal freeze

Post dinner: 2 bottles of beer and a bag of Wasabi chips shared with Byeong and a friend. ;)

Wow, that day was full of food. I FEEL GUILTY NOW. Brb perfecting my K-pop ambitions!

Wait, today is Day 5 right? Or Day 4?

Today was another Billy's workout day. I downloaded and tried out Billy's Taebo Cardio. How was it? IT FUCKING KILLED ME. My heart was literally about to give out. Maybe that goes to show how unfit I am these days. Overall it's a pretty good cardio workout. If you're doing it for the first time and you're not into the kicking and arm raising and shiz I advise to keep your kicks low and keep your punches at a not so intense level because it will fucking kill you. Then again, maybe it's just because I'm unfit so my heart rate's maximum threshold thing got lower or something like that idk idk.

But it was a happy workout :D With that said...

Foodlog Backlog

Day 3
Exercise for this day was standing around for almost 3 hours and getting ourselves in various uncomfortable positions packed in a sauna-like corner while supporting our dorky boys at a show!

Brunch: Tuna sandwich again (multigrain bread, lettuce, tuna, a little butter, cheese)
In between: a snicker bar, iced americano, mocha cupcake
Late late late Dinner at around 12mn: Cheeseburger meal with regular fries and a Royal freeze

Day 4
I failed to do any sort of physical activity today T_T I know Jeong did abrocket or something tho hahaha. Body too tired :(

Brunch: fish with black bean taosi and tofu, cream chicken, a bit of rice (all c/o Jeong :D)
Dinner: a piece of multigrain bread and a glass of milk because I had work that night :(

Day 5
Brunch: Tuna sandwich again (multigrain bread, lettuce, tuna, a little butter, cheese)
Dinner: This cute piece of fish and some adobong pusit (squid) with gata (coconut milk) :D (Adobo is a cooking style wherein we let chicken, pork, beef, or squid stew in soysauce and vinegar.)

Warning, starvation is fatal.

Jeong here once again to reiterate the difficulties of trying to lose weight for someone like me who's lazy with physical activities yet is always ready to indulge in food.  For Day 4 and currently ongoing Day 5, I have literally starved myself.

Yesterday I did not have breakfast and I went straight to Lunch.

Lunch: Pieces of creamy chicken pastel and milkfish cooked in some black bean sauce + some greens tossed in Olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

The rest of the day I did not not eat anything and resorted to doing some pseudo form of exercise by doing some "crunches" with my Dad's ab rocket. By around 2am I was starving and was contemplating on eating something, but laziness (wow I'm even lazy to eat) stopped me from having even a bite of something even though I can feel my stomach eating itself.

Day 5 is today. I had lunch.

Lunch: Small sausage, piece of white bread, and a piece of roasted chicken.

We went out to the casino and the mall and my parents decided to eat at an Italian restaurant. Knowing that Italian means CARBS I just braved through it by not eating and instead listened to some K-pop while I slept on the table. YES, THE RESTAURANT'S TABLE.

Now I'm back home and I guess I should eat something. I decided that if I don't like what's going to be served for dinner, I will have some Kimchi Ramyun. THANK YOU, I WON'T STARVE TONIGHT. Then for my form of exercise, I will be learning the choreography for MBLAQ's Y and f(x)'s Nu ABO. Woot.

PLEASE DON'T STARVE YOURSELF, YOU WILL BE SAD AND YOU WILL HATE EVERYONE AROUND YOU.

Love always,
Jeong. <3

We've taken bullets already *insert rifle shots*

Today we both failed to do any fat burning physical activity unless rolling around and being on the internet counts as exercise - which it doesn't. I can only hope that we burned calories by staring at kpop idols and analyzing WHY IN THE WORLD THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO OUR TWITTER DECLARATIONS OF DEVOTION. Oh maybe because we are tweeting declarations of devotion. Seriously, if we lived in Seoul, we would probably get restraining orders or something.

Day 2 Food log
Brunch: Salad (lettuce, eggs, half a can of tuna)
Snack: Cupcake, mandarin orange
Dinner: A yummy cabbage dish, chicken, and a few spoons of rice that I wasn't able to resist
Midnight snack: multigrain bread with a slice of cheese

Obviously indulging myself but whatever, better to lose the fat through exercise than through a starvation diet.

I promise to double the exercise tomorrow. OTZ

The battle commences!

Hello! My name is Jeong. I am the epitome of gluttony and insanity. I AM NOT LYING. I agreed to go on this diet to finally marry the love of my life of 5 years, Jeong Jihoon aka Rain. That is if he agrees. but I doubt he will decline because I am a gorgeous woman and I intend to bribe him with a sports car. If he doesn't, well I can resort to the Korean mafia for that.

So my part for Day 2 is not close to being complete at all since I have not done any form of physical activity yet (YIKES). But I am planning to do a series of workout videos an hour after writing this entry for I have to supply myself with K-pop performances from Music Bank.

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Pandesal (what's pandesal in english? But it's a local bread here in the Philippines) and a piece of Spanish Sardines that has been cut up into pieces.

Lunch: A piece of Whole Wheat bread with pan fried Tanigue (What's tanigue in english?!) and Chinese style Kangkong

Dinner: A couple of pieces of Grilled Chicken breast.

Day 1

Jeong is nowhere to be found although I told her to post something already.

Today is Day 1!!!!! /cue teneeeeen

I have yet to do the exercise part of the deal but I haven't been bingeing on sweets today so all's good. Jeong was up bellydancing or somethig this morning so if I don't get up to doing something today... I have to start saving up for a certain shade of Mac lipstick that she wants. OTZ

We're going jogging tomorrow though! Albeit missing one regular member of what used to be our little jogging club, let's call him Mr. Bean. Maybe we'll post pictures. Maybe.

Day 1 Food log

Breakfast - 1 bowl of corn flakes with nonfat milk
Lunch - 3 slices of spam, cup of rice, an egg, and a tomato (The spam part makes me feel bad)
Dinner - Nothing yet

Quotable quote of the day

Jeong: SEUNGHO I WOULD LIKE TO LICK YOUR ADAM'S APPLE. SORRY I HAD TO SAY THAT.

Wednesday, June 9, 2010

Hi this is Byeongyeongyoeng.

This is what you call an intervention.
Two girls. Rain's hand in marriage. Lee Hyori's legs.
The stakes are high.
What the fck am I blubbering about.

Hello, call me Byeong!

So, Jeong and I have decided to motivate each other throughout this weight loss shebang by doing a bet. The initial idea was Jeong wants to lose weight so she can finally ask Rain's hand in marriage, with some nifty sports car as a proposal bribe gift. And I want Lee Hyori's legs.

Actually we just want to get into After School because we dig the whole all-the-women-independent-throw-your-hands-up-at-me amazona physique thing. Ignore the fact that I do not know how to dance. At all. And... Lee Hyori's legs might be impossible to achieve but at least I'm aiming for Uee's. Puahahaha.

Okay, seriously though... we thought it's time for a lifestyle change. One filled with regular meals, a body clock that is not fcked up, and regular exercise. We're no strangers to fitness programs though. We're kind of like the prodigal sons of fitness, tempted by the shiny pile of ice cream, soda, and late night k-pop idol videos on YouTube. But now we're coming back because we don't want to blow up to elephant proportions by the time we reach quarter life, we're tired of being unfit, and we've put up a bet that involves spending money.

So here's the deal...
Exercise everyday for the rest of June. The person who misses the most days or fails to keep up with the deal has to buy the other something from Mac. (As in the cosmetic brand. We're not rich enough to buy each other iPhone4s or macbooks.)

That's it for June. The goal is, of course, to get Park Kahi's approval or something to that effect by October. Something like, the person who exercises the least has to buy the other something from Zara. PUAHAHAHA.

All these bets and kpopisms is making me feel.... strangely unintellectual but hey whatevs, you have to admit it, there is no better thinspiration than creepy deskjet print outs of Lee Hyori's legs on your fridge door. And there is no better motivation than not wanting to buy another person something you could buy for yourself instead. Yes/yes?

Okay with that, I shall abruptly end this post and go to sleep because I promised myself that I will be sleeping before 12mn starting today.
